ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Not applicable for change of mind, pre-orders, custom products, or sale items.
REQUEST A RETURN
Email us at contact@miniaturestore.in within 48 hours.
Include your order number, issue description, and clear photos/videos.
We respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
RETURN SHIPPING
We may arrange reverse pickup or ask you to ship the item to us.
If the item is defective/damaged, we cover shipping.
Otherwise, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
REFUND PROCESS
After inspection, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Report within 48 hours with photos/videos and order details.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Check your bank or payment provider first.
If still not received after 7 days, contact us.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom products, pre-orders, sale items, gift cards, and digital downloads are not eligible.
